I hereby authorize RiteNet to deduct from my final paycheck, to the extent allowable under law, the dollar value of any negative vacation
leave balance, any negative sick leave balance, the replacement cost of any unreturned government, client, or Company property, or any personal use of Company or client services, and/or outstanding money which I may
owe upon my termination. Should any balance remain due RiteNet after making deductions from my final paycheck, I agree to repay RiteNet in full within 15 days thereof. I authorize RiteNet, in the event that I do not
make such repayment, to confess judgement on my behalf before the appropriate court to an amount equal to the balance due plus all legal and other costs incurred by RiteNet in collection of said balance.
